Kirstin & Steven - St Mary's & Queens Park

It was supposed to be the coldest July morning in eight years, but instead Ipswich rolled out a perfect winter’s day with a beautiful cloudless sky for Steven and Kirstin.

Grooms don’t often have many jobs on their wedding day, but Steven was leaving nothing to chance and tied the bows and ribbons on the church pews himself – to ensure everything was perfect for his bride. St Mary’s Catholic Church provided a grand, elegant backdrop for their vows and first kiss as husband and wife.

Ipswich’s Queens Park is a peaceful and popular location for wedding photos, but we headed straight for the secluded, almost secret, Japanese Garden. Kirstin’s radiant smile lit up the shadows of the stunning formal gardens and the bridal party had some fun as the sun set.
